About
Melanie's Story
I became a certified life and wellness coach through the Gaja Collective, a women-owned and run company, where I trained in coaching, deep listening, presence, Ayurveda, meditation, and breathing techniques. I am also a medicinal aromatherapist, certified through Wisdom of the Earth.
But the real foundation of my work is lived. I have spent twenty-eight years living with three autoimmune diseases, and in that time I have come to understand the mind-body connection not as an idea, but as something I practice every day.
That is what I bring to coaching. The techniques I share for calming, for finding joy, for grounding yourself through your senses are the same ones that help me care for myself, mind and body together.
Why caretakers
For the people who have to focus on physical well-being
I work with people who have to physically take care of themselves or others on a constant basis. Caretakers of children, of aging parents, of anyone who needs them. People living with chronic illness, chronic pain, or the kind of fatigue that comes from holding everything together for everyone else.
If that is you, you may have lost touch with who you are, what you want, and what brings you joy. My work is about helping you find your way back, and integrating all of it into your wholeness.
Connect with peace, live with joy, grow into possibility.
