My coaching moves through four cornerstones. They help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Purpose

What you are here for. We work on what gives your life direction and meaning of its own.

Intention

We all have things we want to do but haven't taken the first steps. I will guide you to find what motivates you to take these steps towards your goals, create Smart Goals, how to overcome what obstacles you may face, and bring your intention to fruition.

Meaning

We explore what limiting beliefs hold you back and how to turn them into positive ways of thinking.

Shadow

We all have good and bad traits that are a part of our beings. I will help you identify them, accept them, and integrate them into your wholeness.

How we get there

Grounded in presence.

I draw on a range of techniques and meet you where you are:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Meditation, tailored to what you need

The heart of everything I do

When you are looking back, you cannot change the past. You also cannot predict the future. What you can do is live in the present moment, and let it bring you peace and joy now.
